Mudshake Protein Bowl


This nourishing smoothie bowl is the perfect way to start your day, or end a workout. If you're short on time, simply pour your smoothie into a mason jar to enjoy on the go or have on hand after the gym.

Ingredients

1 large frozen banana
½ avocado, pitted
3 tbsp (heaped) of raw cacao powder
1 tbsp Barnes Naturals Active Manuka Honey MGO 300+
1 cup of coconut milk
1 scoop (30g) of hemp protein
Cacao nibs/ topping of choice to sprinkle on top
